Acceptance and Age
Dragon Dice is intended for players **ages 13 and up**. By using the game you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If the player is 13–17, use of the game presumes parental or legal-guardian consent. If any provision doesn't work for you, please do not use the game.
About the Game and Fair Play
Dragon Dice is an online dice game based on the classic rules of Yahtzee, for 2-4 players (with friends via a room code, or with computer dragon-buddies). In-game scores and achievements have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are non-refundable. Use of automation, exploits, or any other means of obtaining unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in the player being removed.
Conduct and Display Name
Your display name is visible to other players in the same room — please don't use offensive, discriminatory, abusive, advertising, or misleading names (for example, impersonating a moderator). We reserve the right to remove such names or block the offending player's session. There is no free-text chat in the game — players cannot message each other.
Intellectual Property
Dragon Dice itself — its code, design, illustrations (including the Gavrik mascot), music and sound effects, text content — belongs to Dragon Family Company. Without explicit written permission, you may not copy, republish, modify, or distribute the game or its parts for commercial purposes. Personal use (playing the game, sharing the link with friends) is allowed.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Dragon Dice is provided "as is". We give no express or implied warranty of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with a specific device or browser. The game may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, and we are not liable for missed matches or unfulfilled daily quests during such windows.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dragon Family Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use Dragon Dice. Dragon Family Company's aggregate liability to any user is capped at the amount that user actually paid for the game in the past 12 months (since the game is free, this amount is zero).
Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically (for example, when we add new features or applicable law changes). We will announce material changes through a prominent in-game notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the game after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. An archive of prior versions is available on request at info@dragonfamily.pro.

Governing law and venue: laws of the State of Delaware (USA) and the courts of Delaware. For EU users, EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) additionally applies; for Russian users, the Russian Consumer Protection Law and FZ-152; nothing in this section waives a consumer's mandatory rights under local law.
